Rod Wharram - President

- has been involved in the marketing of Real Estate for the last 10 years; the last 8 have been in an investment capacity. Mr. Wharram brings an impeccable sales record and performance to West Karma and shares vision and expertise with the rest of the team.

A founder of West Karma Ltd., his background includes Sales and Management positions at Berkshire International Development Group Ltd., Shane Homes and Empire Citi Marketing Ltd. Previous to that, he held a construction position with a large Calgary firm.

Rod believes in a hands-on approach to his work practices and ensures each and every project West Karma brings on board meets a high standard in regards to viability and quality, ensuring investors enhance their returns in a timely fashion.

Garnet Profit – Project Coordinator

- has 35 years of “hands on” business, management, consulting and real estate experience. He was one of the first developers in Canada to receive his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 1989.

Garnet has been involved in all areas of real estate, both on his own behalf, and, as a consultant to others. He formed his own real estate company in 1982 and began developing his own projects in 1987. As the Principal of those developments and as a Consultant on the others, he has extensive experience specializing in areas encompassing multi-family, retail, and industrial/commercial developments of “build to suit” turnkey facilities for himself and others. (Conception, site selection, land acquisition, rezoning, financing, construction, leasing and disposition)

In recent years, Garnet has concentrated on the resort development side of real estate. He holds a 9:15 license in real estate and is President of his own consulting company, Major Asset Consulting.

Glen Sather - Shareholder 

As President and General Manager of the New York Rangers, Glen Sather has authored a Hall of Fame career that has spanned almost three decades in professional hockey.  Glen orchestrated 5 Stanley Cup Championships with the Edmonton Oilers, putting together one of the NHL’s great dynasties, led by Wayne Gretzky, Paul Coffey, Kevin Lowe and Mark Messier.  

In 2005, Glen along with fellow NHL executive, Brian Burke, purchased a portion of the Chilliwack Bruins of the Western Hockey League.  He further enhanced his business commitment to the Fraser Valley by joining West Karma Ltd. in the fall of 2006.
